Elizabeth is originally from the small town of Conyers, Georgia. She was exposed to animals at a young age by her grandfather who owned horses. Elizabeth knew she wanted to become a vet since the age of 9. She began working with animals throughout middle school and high school in an agriculture club, where she was inspired to continue with a career in animal care.

Elizabeth is currently in her fourth year at Mississippi State University before vet school she worked for Homeward Bound Cats as an Adoption Coordinator. At Homeward Bound Cats she became a proud foster mother of Burch. Burch is a short hair tuxedo cat she could not resist. While working for Homeward Bound Cats Elizabeth found her focus working in Feline medicine. Her passion stems from helping cats with ongoing medical conditions, and giving their owners piece of mind.

Elizabeth attended undergraduate school at Barry College in North Georgia, where she majored in Animal Science. She was attracted to Craig Road Animal Hospital by its size, and opportunity to work in an environment with appointments and emergencies to get a wide feel for the nature of the business.
