Hayleigh is originally from North Carolina and is currently enrolled at NC State University in Raleigh, North Carolina where she will be graduating in May of 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
Hayleigh’s family has always had pets and, growing up with two German Shepherds, she has always had a love for animals. She currently has a dog and seven cats; three of whom live with her and four with her family.
Hayleigh always knew she wanted to be involved with animals, but she said, “According to my mom, I really fell in love with it when I was about eight.” She is very excited to see and learn about all of the different technologies and surgical procedures used here at Craig Road Animal Hospital.
In her free time, Hayleigh enjoys relaxing and watching Netflix at home, and has recently gotten back into reading. She loves fiction and exciting true crime novels.
