Jazmyne was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida.
When Jazmyne was in the 12th grade, she took a biology class, about fish, which piqued her interest in working with animals. For her bachelor’s degree, Jazmyne attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and then went to Ross University in St. Kitts for her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She is currently at the University of Tennessee completing her clinical year.
Jazmyne has a significant amount of volunteer experience; including, five years at her local pound and working in Thailand with elephants. Jazmyne is particularly interested in rehabilitation and internal medicine. She is excited to learn new things and improve her skills while at Craig Road.
In her spare time, Jazmyne likes to hike, although she confessed to spending a lot of time of her time on YouTube. She is currently pet-less but is looking forward to completing her schooling and becoming a mom to two Huskies, two Pharos Hounds, and a Maine Coon cat.
