Meet Anthony,
Originally from Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Anthony is currently attending the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Between his junior and senior years, Anthony’s high school set up an externship at a local veterinary clinic. “I realized I was just happy to wake up every morning, and I would also leave at the end of the day happy.”, he said describing his experience.
Anthony enjoys working with owners and ensuring that the human-animal bond stays strong. He applied to Craig Road Animal Hospital because the externship program came highly recommended and It was an opportunity to practice in a different geographical area. Anthony appreciates the fact that Craig Road has a large staff to work with and absorb knowledge from. In the future, Anthony would like to incorporate holistic and integrative veterinary medicine approaches into how he practices medicine. After studying at the Chi Institute to learn about acupuncture, Anthony believes it is important to consider all modalities of treatment.
Anthony is the proud parent of two cats named Lilly and Rey and two dogs named Ricky and Lucy. In his spare time, he enjoys table-top gaming. Anthony recently came back from running an event in Columbus, Ohio at the Origins Game Fair based on his favorite table-top game.
