Sami is originally from Richmond, Virginia. She always wanted to be a veterinarian ever since she was a little girl and she never gave up on that dream. Sami went to Virginia Tech for her undergrad and is now in her 4th year there of her doctorate of veterinary medicine. Meet Lucy! Lucy is an 11-year-old, Italian Greyhound and Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is described by her owner as ‘extremely special’ and ‘very intelligent’, as she was a gift from a ‘special someone’ and responds to both Spanish and English.
